The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with accessories or gifts included where appropriate.

After checking the status of the order, the amount will be returned according to the same payment method used (in cash on delivery payments, the refund of the amount is made by bank transfer that you indicate us).

In the event that the error is not attributable to us or is not to the liking of the customer, the direct cost of returning the order will be borne by the customer. This cost is the sum of the transportation costs.

Gls, Fedex, Correos and Ups Europa are our shipping and return agencies. In the case of Ups Europa, an electronic card would be sent by email so that the customer can stick it in the order box so that the order can be located. Ups Europe will pick up the order in case of return. In case of change, the transport agency delivers the new package and they carry the return label, taking the order with them back. In this case, the customer must bear the transport costs.

In the case of GLS, a single collection will be scheduled informing you by email of the collection date. Once the product has been received and verified, we will proceed to the refund.

If, on the other hand, the error in an order is produced by Gourmet en casa TCM, it will be this one that bears all the expenses.

Returns of orders will not be accepted in the case of:

The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and that have been unsealed after delivery.

As established in article 103 of the general law for the defense of consumers and users.

Withdrawal:

The return period for withdrawal is 14 calendar days, from the date of purchase.

The product must be in perfect condition to be returned for health or hygiene reasons as it is classified as a perishable product.

TCM gourmet will return all the amounts paid by the purchaser, including the shipping costs of the delivery within 10 calendar days, using the same means of payment used by the consumer, except for the exception in which the consumer makes the return by their own means. In this case, the refund may be withheld until the good is received or until the consumer presents proof of return of the good, with the proof of the transport agency.
