The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories or gifts included in your case.

In the previous verification of the status of the order, you will be refunded the amount according to the same payment method used (in payments against reimbursement, the refund of the amount is made by bank transfer that you indicate us).

In case the error is not attributable to us or is not to the customer's satisfaction, the direct cost of the return of the order will be assumed by the customer. Said cost is the sum of transportation costs.

Redyser and Ups Europe are our shipping and return agencies. In case of Ups Europe, an electronic card would be sent by e-mail so that the customer can adhere it in the order box so that the order can be located. Ups Europe will pick up the order in case of return. In case of change, the transport agency delivers the new package and carries the return label with it, taking the order with them back. In this case, the client must bear the transportation costs.

If, on the contrary, the error in an order is produced by Gourmet at home TCM, it will be the one that runs with all expenses.

Returns of orders containing an open item will not be accepted.
