how do I unsubscribe?

How do I become a Client?

To be a client and receive our exclusive offers we only need you to register on our website with your email address. Being a member has no cost or purchase commitment. You can register from here

How can I get an invoice?

Tcm Gourmet will send the invoice via email as long as the user has given their consent for the shipment to be made in said format, requesting it to the email info@gourmetencasa-tcm.com, and can also download it within their customer account.

You should know that we do not include the invoices in the shipments in case the order is a gift. Entering My Account> My orders you can see the history of your purchases.

How can I change the delivery address?

In TCM Gourmet 2012 there is no minimum or maximum purchase. All of our Products can be purchased individually.

What means of payment do you offer?

Can you make assorted orders, combining different products in the same order?

Of course! You can select wines from any section, beers and Spirits and in the purchase process we will always indicate the delivery date of your order depending on the products chosen and the country to which you want to send it.

What days and at what times do you deliver the orders?

It depends on the type of delivery and the transport company chosen. In general, the delivery men begin the delivery at 8 am and finish at around 7 pm, Monday through Friday. If you need flexibility choose delivery at a collection point. The collection points are usually the transport agencies themselves.

What happens if a bottle breaks during transport?

We use our own design packaging specially conceived for the transport of bottles (Wines, Spirits, Beers, each bottle has its own packaging) being Approved by the Ups Agency for the sale of alcohol throughout Europe. It protects the bottles against possible impacts even between them and allows us to have one of the lowest breakage rates in the sector (less than 1 bottle per 5,000 shipped).

Even so, if your order suffers a break in transport, we will notify you and we will manage the shipment of the replacement immediately. What type of packaging do you use?

We use our own design packaging specially conceived for the transport of bottles. It consists of a reinforced cardboard box with an expanded polystyrene interior. Protects the bottles against possible impacts even between them, studies were carried out with impact tests from 6 meters high, obtaining a result of 1 broken bottle out of every 5000 units.

All of our boxes are made with recyclable and eco-friendly materials and eco-friendly ink.

Do you offer free transport from a certain amount or number of bottles?

We offer free transport on hundreds of items for the Peninsula the third week of each month for purchases over € 150 and for the European Union for purchases over € 800.

Do you deliver throughout Spain?

Yes, we deliver to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, with the exception of Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and the number of products purchased. Shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.
